We are looking at a dynamic Sales Manager with excellent track record in Sales who would be directly reporting to the Senior Management working closely with Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Clients especially for Oracle NetSuite / Cloud ERP solutions. The candidate should be able to generate leads and work with the prospects, steering the entire sales activity.
Qualifications and Requirements –
- Bachelor’s degree preferably an MBA is desirable.
- 5 to 12 Years’ experience in sales minimum 5 years’ experience in selling ERP Solutions / NetSuite is a must.
- Experience in the US & EMEA markets is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent strategist.
Responsibilities –
- Previous track record of achieving or surpassing the Revenue goals and Targets in the assigned geography.
- Researching organizations to identify new leads and potential new markets.
- Develop Sales strategies with a proven track record to plan and execute them.
- Ensure and align strategies for developing business and meet organizational sales objectives
- Setting up Sales process and drive desired sales outcome, assisting organization achieve new logos and growth
- Maintain good relationship with customers and work closely with sales team
- Have experience in selling NetSuite across different verticals
- Keeps track of market activities and pulse of NetSuite ecosystem and provide key inputs to management.
- Must have worked with the Delivery and Pre-Sales team closely whilst working on deals for closures. Should have the ability to provide a first-level product demos to prospects.
Provide inputs to the marketing team aligned with the partner programs.
